Stylopeak ensures the best quality product in the market. However, the universe is random and sometimes not everything may be in our hand. Its very rare but a situation may arise where you have to return the product you have or purchased or get a partial or complete refund.

In that case, our team is here to fully support you. Our customers are our priorities and we will ensure value in each purchase they make. Therefore, we have come up with our own policy regarding the issues involved in replacement and refund. Below we have listed the criteria under which a customer is eligible for the policy to work –

  • Product is damaged/broken/defective
  • Product size does not match the product description in the store
  • Wrong Products (especially in case of clothing if we send a different design)
  • The product looks old/refurbished (If we find any evidence
  • If any kind of product is ineligible for return, we will mention it in the website.
What are the criteria for the policy to work?

In case of any kind product problems after receiving the product, you can benefit the return and refund policy of the purchased product if the following conditions are met accordingly –

  • You must mail our support center within 24 hours after receipt of delivery or you register a complaint by following our help and support numbers
  • In case of refund, the box of the product should be completely intact.
  • In case of advance payment, if the product is not in stock or the buyer is not willing to take (considering it meets our refund policy), the order will be canceled and the refund will be provided accordingly to the number from which the advance payment has been made.
  • Product will be “replaced” subject to availability in stock. Any unavoidable reasons or unavailability of stock may cause delivery of the replacement take longer than the intended delivery time.
  • Every product will have a price tag on them and if the customers pay the price is higher than the price tag for any reason, in case of extra price, the customer has to register a complaint by email within 24 hours in our help and support email.
  • The products cannot be used while it is subjected for replacement or refund. The products must remain in the original condition as it was delivered. If it is tampered or used, it will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
  • The shipping charge or the delivery fee is not included in the refund policy. These are non-refundable
  • Every product intended for replacement or refund will b reviewed and examined by the Stylopeak team.
  • The customer will receive the refund after careful evaluation and inspection of the product.
  • If you are eligible for refund, you will get your money back through whichever medium you used to purchase the product (Credit card/debit card/Bkash/rocket, etc.)
  • In the case of Cash on Delivery, our customer support will contact you and you will choose your preferred transaction medium and if you return the product before receiving it, then there isn’t need for any refund policy to work.
  • In case of multiple payments for the same product through online medium, you will be refunded shortly within the working days.
